For this month sees a completely revamped website including new menu’s, enhanced ‘Table Booking’ features, improved mobile and dynamic viewing with quicker content loading times. Also with a newly installed back-end, this will allow us greater control and the ability to bolt on and integrate far more app’s and marketing features.. ‘Self Editing’ is also simpler with the new built in ‘Visual Builder’ app.

Traffic Conversions
From the previous report, we mentioned looking at a plan for traffic conversions ie focusing on converting website visitors to taking action, eg making a booking.. This can ultimately be achieved by increasing user engagement.
Looking at the stats, the second most popular page is the ‘Menu’ (the home page being the most first point of access) – Therefore, we need to ensure the ‘Menu page’ is not only current but pleasing to the eye across all devices, easy to navigate and all menu choices and menu descriptions easily accessible. From this point, a ‘Book Your Table’ option needs to be visible and accessible at all times..
The current website does not need much in the way of design change but cleaning up certain areas would improve the visitor experience and help with the navigation throughout the website.
User engagement can also be increased by focusing on other areas that the restaurant has to offer, ie Gift Vouchers:-
Currently the Gift Vouchers page links to: giftpro.co.uk – Since this link takes you away to an external website, you may want to consider bringing this operation in-house, adding and promoting your own ‘Gift Vouchers’ eCommerce section into the website? – This will give you control over the user engagement and enable you to focus on promoting this sales revenue further.
Special Offers,,. Occasional discount codes.. Again, this can be implemented into the website and by encouraging visitors to sign up to your ‘Monthly Special Offers’, you will be able capture people’s details and entice them to return to make their bookings..
News Letters & Special Announcements… – Incorporating a mailing list from your existing client base is a very good way of reminding people to re-visit and make their booking. This too can be built into the website’s platform..
We are currently working on a new design platform that will allow any of the above solutions to be easily integrated into the back-end of the website.. As soon as I have made headway on the design, I will send you a link and go through the above ideas with you.

Portions are always enough, I’ve never left hungry.
Recommend booking in advance as they get busy at weekends.
